OVERVIEW:
Using Sparkle S2P2 Gel is a Standard Practice for Cleaning, De-Scaling, Pickling And Passivation of Stainless Steel Parts, Equipment, Structures And Systems. This practice is applied when any Stainless Steel surface contaminants might adversely affect the metallurgical or sanitary condition or stability of a Stainless Steel surface, the mechanical operation of a Stainless Steel part, component, or system, or contaminate a process fluid. It removes surface contaminants that may impair the normal corrosion resistance of Stainless Steel ; result in the later contamination of the particular stainless steel grade, or cause product contamination.
STORAGE & HANDLING:
STORE IN A COOL & DRY PLACE WITH LID TIGHT CLOSED.
AVOID DIRECT SUNLIGHT & HEAT.
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
USE ONLY PLASTIC CONTAINER.
WITHDRAW REQUIRED GEL INTO A PLASTIC CONTAINER FOR USE.
DO NOT RETURN THE USED GEL INTO THE JAR.
USE ONLY PLASTIC BRISTLE BRUSH
CONDUCT THE PROCESS IN WEL VENTILATED AREA.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
AVOID CONTACT WITH SKIN & EYES.
USE RUBBER HAND GLOVES, MASKS, FACE SHIELD AND EYE PROTECTION GLASSES FOR PERSONAL SAFETY.
IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH THE SKIN, WASH WITH PLENTY OF CLEAN WATER AND SEEK MEDICAL HELP IMMEDIATELY.
APPLICATION:
FOR BETTER RESULTS CLEAN THE SURFACE BY REMOVING WELDING SLAG, OIL, GREASE, CARBON, DUST AND OTHER FOREIGN PARTICLES FROM THE SURFACE.
DEGREASING OF THE SURFACE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
APPLY GEL WITH PLASTIC BRISTLE BRUSH EVENLY ON THE SURFACE.
REACTION WILL TAKE ABOUT 10 TO 40 MINUTES.
WASH THE SURFACE THOROUGHLY WITH PLENTY OF CLEAN WATER.
USE SPONGE TO CLEAN OFF ANY SMUT.
MAKE SURE NO CHEMICAL RESIDUE IS REMAINED ON THE SURFACE.
